Ballet classes are offered to those ages 3-18.
Classes are held in the basement of Natalie's home.

Thursdays @2:00-3:00pm PreK-Kindergarten
Thursdays @4:00-5:00pm Elementary
Thursdays @5:00-6:00pm Teen
Tuition:
One time Registration fee of $10 per family, per calendar year
$25/month for Creative Dance class
$32/month for Elementary and Teen Ballet
*Tuition is due at the beginning of the month and cannot be refunded for missed classes. Please let Natalie know if there are extenuating circumstances.
Family Discount:
For each additional child you enroll, you will receive a $10 discount per child, per month. 4th child free.
Costumes:
We have two recitals per year. A Christmas Recital and a Spring Recital. Costumes, no more than $40, are purchased for recitals.

Tuition Policy
When you register for dance, you are reserving a space within the class. Our classes run from September through June. Tuition is due on the first class of every month. There are no credits for absences, as tuition also covers hours spent outside of the class on purchases for supplies and music, and time spent on choreography, recitals, and costume preparation. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact Natalie to communicate your situation or to arrange payments. Classes that are canceled by Rockland Dance Academy will be rescheduled or refunded. Tuition must be paid in full, before the student can participate in the end-of-semester dance recital.
Release from Liability & Waiver of Claims - Rockland Dance Academy : 208-479-6392
By signing this release, Waiver & Assumption of Risk, (the “Release”) I agree that Rockland Dance Academy and the Permann family shall not be responsible for any injury suffered by the student (“student”). The Release extends to Natalie Permann, substitute instructors, employees and locations of classes (all of which are collectively referred to herein as “studio”). The Release extends to every claim, demand or liability of any kind based on any injury or damage described below.
I understand that dance activities as conducted and taught at the studio have inherent risks of injury. These risks include muscle pain and pulls, broken bones, ankle injuries and other personal injury. I recognize that the student is exposing himself/herself to such risks when undertaking dance activities. I understand that these risks cannot be fully eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. The student and I assume and accept all risks of injury or damage resulting from such dance activities. The student’s participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and the student elects to participate, and I join in that election, in spite of the risks.
I also agree that Natalie Permann, substitute instructors, and the Permann family, are not responsible for any injury, property loss, or damage suffered by the student or any guests or parents of the student that result upon entry into or presence in the studio or its surrounding property.
I also understand that Natalie Permann, substitute instructors, and the Permann family are not responsible for my child before or after her assigned class is over, and that it is my responsibility to supervise my child and guests as they are coming and leaving the studio.
I understand the terms of this Release and have had the opportunity to consider and discuss it with such individuals and advisers as I deem appropriate. By signing and dating this Release, I confirm that I have read the Release in full, that I understand its terms, and that I agree with those terms. I further confirm that by signing this Release, I acknowledge that if the student is hurt during participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right and any right of the student to maintain a lawsuit against the studio on the basis of any claim which is released hereby. In consideration of the student being permitted by the studio to participate in the activities provided by the studio, I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the studio from any and all claims which are brought by or on behalf of any student who is a minor and which are in any way connected with the activities performed at the studio by any such minor student. This shall remain in effect for one year from the date signed below.
